Domain Name Registration and Hosting Services
If you do not already have a web address, i-point design can purchase a domain name and hosting (which activates the domain name and turns in into a functioning website) for one year for your site. Before the year ends, you may renew the domain and hosting through i-point web design.

Flash Introduction
You may choose to include an introductory presentation using Flash technology. This presentation can capture the essence of your company or organization in just a few seconds. It can include text and images relating to your mission or services.

Flash Feature
The design of the homepage may include an attractive Flash presentation incorporated into its design. This presentation can be "looped" so it continually repeats itself. It will include images and/or text which represent your company or organization. 

Logo
A logo serves as a basis for the design of any website, as well as all other PR items: brochures, business cards, etc. At i-point web design, we offer unique and interesting logo designs. Several options will be provided for you to choose from.

Content Preparation
Our content team will prepare each page's text for the web. This includes drawing appropriate text from brochures, reports, or any other files or materials provided. It also includes typing, if necessary, moving around any paragraphs out of order, creating and checking all links, and a basic grammar and spell check.

Research and Writing
If content is not available, our content team can write your content based on oral information, or research a topic for you.

Gallery Images
You might want to provide images to showcase your work, events, or products. They will be edited if necessary and incorporated into your site. Editing includes basic work like cropping, changing resolution, adjusting brightness, contrast, red eye, etc.

Stock photos
Professional photos and illustrations of all kinds greatly enhance any site. Images may be selected and purchased by i-point web design at a vendor of its choosing. If requested, clients can be shown all images before purchase. All images are already permissioned for use and do not expire.

External Links
You may wish to add links to web resources to enhance your site. The links can be set to open in the same browser window or in a new browser window.

Links to Internal Files
Internal files are PDFs, FlashPaper files, Word docs, or any files that are uploaded along with your website to your domain name. We then links to these files so they are “downloadable” by the user. Internal files are especially useful when you want something to be easily printable but also wants it to retain its original layout. Files will be saved in the appropriate format and uploaded, and a link from the website to the file will be created.

Donate Page
Non-profits reach a broader number of constituents through this online donation form. Users enter their credit card information in a secure environment, payment is processed instantaneously, and a transaction email is sent to both the donor and the non-profit. Credit card rates and setup fees apply.

Event Registration Page
Online event registration allows a user to sign up for your event and pay for it—all on the same page. Event registration requires credit card processing services, as described above.

Search Button
If your website contains a large amount of content, users will be happy to fin an option to search for a word or term.  A search box can be added on all pages or on just your homepage.

Custom Search Engine
I-point web design will create a search engine that will search only the sites you choose. This provides the user with a focused, reliable and relevant search for better results. This search engine can also serve as a way to draw users back to your site time and again.

Analytics
When analytics are built into your site, you can keep track of a variety of statistics relating to the number of users you have and how they are using your site.  

Blog
Weblogs, or blogs, as they are generally called, have become very popular on all types of websites. The blog is an informal, constantly-updated page giving you the opportunity to regularly add news, announcements, opinions etc. The blog's design will look like the rest of your site. Database
If you are building a website with a fair amount of content that needs to be updated periodically, may choose this method. The database is built as a wiki, so it is easy to use and training is included. The wiki can be set up to allow collaboration from more than one user or even the general public.

Design Revisions
You may choose how many revision rounds you think you will need. Some clients prefer that we at i-point web design make the key design decisions: colors, fonts, what will go where, etc. Others know that when they see the design mockup, they will likely be making a lot of changes. Each list of requested changes received from the client is considered one round. Revision rounds continue until the client is fully satisfied with the website.

Training
For websites that require frequent updates, we offer training in updating the site and using the technology in which it was created.  Training may be provided to any number of staff members and is usually priced per hour.
